We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, so we’ve created a fair refund and return policy to ensure your satisfaction with our services.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase for our digital products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the course material, you can request a refund within this period. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
You must request a refund within 14 days from the purchase date.
You should not have accessed more than 30% of the course content. If you’ve accessed or completed more than 30% of the course, we will not be able to process a refund.
If you have purchased a bundle or package of courses, the refund policy applies only to the specific course you wish to return, not the entire bundle.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please reach out to our customer support team via info@lea-up-rn.xyz. Include the following details in your request:
Your order number and purchase date.
The reason for your refund request.
Any additional comments that can help us understand your concerns.
Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and get back to you within 3-5 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Course Accessed Beyond 30%: If you have accessed more than 30% of the course content or have actively engaged in the learning materials, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Late Refund Requests: Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of usage.
Subscription Services: If you are subscribed to a recurring membership or course subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent period, but no refunds will be issued for prior payments already processed.
Cancellations and Subscription Refunds
If you’ve purchased a subscription or a recurring service, you can cancel it at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be processed. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for payments that have already been processed for the current billing period.
Non-Refundable Items
Any free trials, discounted, or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
Services that have been fully delivered or accessed beyond the refund criteria are also non-refundable.
